Tonight we begin ...one of Judaism's holiest holidays, Rosh Hashanah.
It is a time to reflect on the past year, and prepare for the coming year.
On Monday, we had our residents join in the 4th floor day room to experience Rosh Hashanah Insight and Food with Lori.
Sharing some round challah, grape juice, sliced apples, and honey, we learned some traditions associated with the holiday, and what they symbolize.
